It definitely was not an Aussie beach, but as the Brits would say, Brighton was "well nice".
The vibe was so beyond what I expected, everything you can imagine is quite literally ON the beach! From restaurants, markets, live music, mini golf, a carnival, and the famous ferris wheel - you name it, Brighton beach most probably has it.
The whole thing reminded me of The Kooks song 'Seaside' (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xd8hzmQezSo), because despite the amount of people it was still so relaxing and like a completely different world (or maybe thats just because I haven't seen a beach in 3 weeks)
If you ever have the lucky opportunity to visit Brighton, definitely take it. The train fare from London may seem steep, but it is certainly worth every penny!
